Thanks to the interview with Tristan da Cunha's Administrator, SARTMA has obtained permission to publish various items from Tristan Times. Watch this space for Birthdays and anniversaries and other information that is of interest to Tristanians who are abroad. Now, thanks to a website re-design, photos can be put on Tristan Times’ pages.

Though remote, photos by snail mail have been scanned and now can be seen with text articles that are posted.

Given the remoteness and difficulty in communicating with Tristan da Cunha, SARTMA recommends cut and paste with e-mail messages to Tristan da Cunha. No photos, please as receiving them are expensive. What SARTMA can do is receive photos at [email protected] and place them on the website for Tristanians. It is still recommended that the text only site is used for those who are on remote islands and using satellite communications.

Please, any Tristanians who are reading this, and who live abroad either temporarily or more permanently, contribute via [email protected] and your message will be put on this site for all to see. Photos must be in PDF format.

The first items for publication will be more informational and there will be a repeat of the Administrator's interview.
