Hanswell act as agents for reefer vessels that call into the Falkland Islands. Working with the fishing industry, it arranges transhipments from jiggers, trawlers, long-liners, etc. Hanswell also works with multi-national shipping companies from countries like Greece, The People's Republic of China, Holland, Korea, Taiwan, Sweden. Uruguay, Latvia and Chile.
Hanswell act as agents for BUNKERS delivered on the high seas. The Company has daily radio contact with tankers which work in tandem with high-sea transhipments from fishing vessel to reefer.
We arrange fishing licences by application to the Falkland Islands Government Fisheries Department.
